Our GPS solutions are built using commonly available, inexpensive hardware and software (including open source software) to illustrate that applications of this nature are very feasible using existing tools and technologies for position-based computing. 

One of the popular applications of this technology is in Moving Vehicles as a highly useful Navigation Aid - with cues about the approaching Traffic Signals, Service Stations, Speed of the vehicle, Zoom In/Out features built into it. It works on Palm OS, Microsoft Pocket PC and Symbian and helps to locate and track vehicle movement anywhere and display their location on map in real time.

Depending on the clients need and systems we use either or a combination of the following to provide the communication backbone:

The complete solution consists of three important components. They are Mobile Unit or Vehicle Unit that resides in the vehicle with GPS receiver and a wireless interface. Base server, which gets and send online information to the Pocket PC via wireless Communication Medium. Mapping Software to display current position of vehicle on a digital map in the Pocket PC.
