We are using the Development Suite from Dialogic - CT Media - to build and deploy an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System based Telephonic Quiz Program, which would have hundreds of users simultaneously dialing into the public telephone network and interacting with the IVR System. The entire conversation cycle is fully automated and is interfaced with the database, report generation module and automated triggers.

CT Media acts as a "super service provider" to applications written to standard programming interfaces. In contrast to the limited interoperability offered by the traditional model of connecting multiple PC-based systems to a public branch exchange (PBX), CT Media lets all applications function as peers by sharing calls and resources. This IVRS can be customized for any game show on Television, Radio or Telephone (Public or Mobile).
