Generally Asked
Q. To use WonderCrypt, is it neccessary for all users in my organisation to buy a Key Token ?
Ans. No. WonderCrypt is available in two versions, Herald users store their private key on an access protected USB security token, Envoy users store their private key either on their PC or store on other removable media then delete from the PC.
Q. How can Envoy users access their web based secured mails from locations other than their personal computer?
Ans. Envoy users can make a copy of their private key on a floppy, CD or a pen drive etc. and carry the same with them to use on whichever computer Envoy is available. There is no need to copy the private key to the remote computer, the user can sign-in to WonderCrypt with the private key on the removable media.
Q. Can I secure some of my personal data by using WonderCrypt?
Ans. Absolutely. Whenever you select to secure files, WonderCrypt gives you two options, either secure for personal security or secure for distribution to others. To secure text for personal security you simply select your own public identity to secure the text.
Q. I'm a Herald user. What if my key token is lost?
Ans. Until you purchase a new key token you can use Envoy, freely downloadable, with the backup of your private key. Once you have a new key token with you, you can restore your backup of the private key to the new key token to continue using Herald.
Q. Is it neccessary for my secured message recipients to purchase WonderCrypt?
Ans. No. Envoy, a freely downloadable software, can be used by any secured message recipient to READ MESSAGES without any size limits for unlimited time. The recipient can also use it to SECURE relatively smaller size messages and files.
